Georgia and Rene discuss goal setting — how to set yourself reasonable challenges, better yourself and enrich your life, and how to recover from the stumbles that inevitably crop up along the way. This is ZENandTECH!

Goal Setting
- Goals should be small enough that you have a chance to attain them
- They should challenge you to grow and expand
- Achieving a goal isn’t as important as trying
- If you don’t achieve a goal at first, pick yourself up and try again
Homework
- Pick a reasonable goal, something that will enrich your life.
- It should take only 45min. Too long and you’ll avoid it.
- It can only take 5 min. if you’re super busy, but make sure you do it.
- Try to set one goal each day this week.
- Tweet, comment, or email us your goal and tell us how you did!
