When it comes to hiring people, I don’t mind having people who aren’t exceptional experienced. The important thing is, that they a passionate about what they do and are willing to learn new stuff. Either by educating themselves or by learning from other team members. There is a huge give and take in our team, everybody has his specialty and is willing to share his knowledge with others. Nobody has to be perfect in every aspect, but it is important to have transfer of knowledge and discussions throughout our team. That way, problems can be discussed with others and everybody has a constant stream of new, exiting things to explore.
